Custom Modern Dwellings

The duplexes on Reagan St. were envisioned as a retro mid-century development, with the unusual architectural feature of being entirely clad in wood.  These were two duplex buildings, four units total.  Most of the exterior siding, including the garage door facing, was tongue and groove cypress, chosen for its durability in the challenging Dallas climate.  The exterior wood was brought to the interior along the wall when you enter the homes.  The project site benefited from having large canopy mature trees in the rear yards, making them some of the best rear yards of all our projects.  All units were 3 bedroom, 3 bath, with natural concrete first floors.
