Custom Modern Dwellings

Washington Row was developed as an entry-level 6-unit townhome project.  At the time of its development this neighborhood was very transitional, so the decision was made to keep the price point low, while still offering architectural differentiation and a roof deck amenity (rare at this low price point).  The land was subdivided into six individual parcels, with each townhome standing as its own fee simple dwelling unit.  Notable for this project was the extensive steel work, creating walk-out spaces on every level, another amenity rare for the entry level price point.
